The remains of the Phoenician necropolis in the Huerta
del Sol and the coins and tombstones from the Roman
period found in the area are signs of the many cultural
heritage of the city.
Paintings and religious images are sheltered within
religious buildings such as the former convent of la
Victoria or Parish of Santa Catalina, the Church of
the Misericordia, the chapel of Espiritu Santo or the
hermitage of Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno.
The Puerta de la Villa in Conil ,the Torre de Guzmán
for which the town was named for centuries, and the
nobles' masions area should not be overlooked for a
visit.
